To Maintain Youthful, Glowing Skin:
Recipes:
- Mix and add a pinch of Turmeric with 1 or 2 tablespoonsful (I’ll advise 2 tablespoonsful) of oatmeal
- Add 1 tablespoonful of gram
- Add 3 tablespoonsful of yogurt
Directions:
- Mix all together
- Apply the mask in the morning and evening and rinse with warm water after 30 minutes
- Repeat this 2 – 3 times in a single week for effective results
